CADD Centre offers training in 5S in various course categories such as Essentials, Professional, and Expert. Essentials are basic training programs, whereas courses offered under Professional and Experts are extensive and advanced. About 5S

Standing for the five Japanese terms (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke), 5S is organized around sorting, setting in order, shining/sweeping things, standardizing, and sustaining good housekeeping practices.

5S is a workplace organization and continuous improvement system. It aims at waste elimination, operational excellence and lean improvement activities. 5S emphasizes the development of competencies mainly by evolutionary learning. It is based on the idea of kaizen or continuous improvement of making small, incremental changes routinely, sustaining them over a long period of time and improving the performance.
